He has also built a very successful POS product for UK market as part of his initial engagement. He has degree in IT, commerce and Law which is a unique combination.

Solution-driven business leader with 15 years of diverse experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations and Consulting, Shoeb has been proficient in building high-performance teams. He has managed global projects/accounts, boosting YoY business performances through effective customer management, strategic planning & delivery governance. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from JNTU.

With more than 19 years of expertise in the IT industry, Zalak Shah has worked in a variety of specialties, including ERM, logistics, manufacturing, data scraping and crawling, and recruitment.

Urvil Kaswala is Solution Architect with more than 22+ years of experience in designing and architecting solution for a given portfolio aligning with strategic direction of the Enterprise Architecture.​

He has a unique ability to catch what customer would like to create and translate that into working solutions. He demonstrated strong progress and ability to lead and deliver at or above expectation. Gautam Sharma has over 15 years of expertise in the IT outsourcing industry. Before joining Covrize, he was the CEO of one of the fastest-growing digital agencies with operations in India, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany.

He has previously worked for clients like Oman Air, Education Ministry Oman , Microsoft , AVG , Marketo, Okta & Gujarat Gas Ltd, to name a few.He specializes in creating go-to-market strategies along with Operations & Business Development. Gautam pursues business prospects across geographies at Covrize.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of expertise in a variety of business environments in India and abroad, including Private Equity, Construction, Consulting, Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Commodities, to mention a few.

His key competency is driving Human Capital, inducting talent, grooming them, and preparing them to perform to their maximum potential, transforming and restructuring a traditional business into a full-fledged corporation, and based on its scalability, also into a multinational corporation.

He is a visionary leader who leads by example and instils the value creation vision in all team members. He is personable, determined, ambitious, optimistic, open-minded, avid planner and a constant learner. He is able to look at the bigger picture.

Experienced in leading & managing cross-functional multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science (Information Technology) from Sikkim Manipal University and holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, from Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad accredited by the Technical Examination Board, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar.

He has experience in GIS & IP-based application development, GIS-based customization, and R&D activities undertaken by our Company.
