MIS for the Organization’s Operational and Project Management Needs

Our Journey

This case study highlights the common problem of managing operations across multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies and data silos.

To address this, we developed Covrize Data Sense (CDS), a custom MIS built with .NET Core and Angular 13.

IT centralizes key organizational functions, including HR, project management, and reporting, providing real-time data insights through interactive dashboards.

Problem

For internal management, different systems were used, but there was a need for a centralized system that could not only bring the entire organization onto the same page but also helps manage key operations like HR, project management, reporting, etc.

Solution

Developed an MIS named Covrize Data Sense (CDS), a custom solution built using .NET Core and Angular 13.

CDS conceptualize data from CRM, HR, and project management systems into one platform.
CDS uses the D3.js library within the Angular framework and SSRS to create dynamic, interactive data visualization reports on the dashboard.
Built with Material UI for a user-friendly interface, CDS can automate processes like employee tracking and project allocation.
With Azure SQL and Azure Cloud, CDS ensures secure data storage and real-time insights.
Structured and layered access is provided for better management and access to data and reports.

Result

The new system improved efficiency, reduced costs, and simplified resource management that now we don’t use multiple systems for simple processes, other than that

RCDS provided a central view of all the data, making it easier for leaders to make informed decisions.
RReal-time reporting and automated processes helped to track performance and optimize employee productivity.
RCDS has automated 80% of its organizational processes, resulting in improved overall business and organizational performance.
